Preserving and Drying Various Fruits
Lingonberry Juice
8 servings
Ingredients
- well-ripe lingonberries (as needed)
- 3 l juice (from the lingonberries)
- 500 g sugar
Instructions
- Carefully sort well-ripe lingonberries, wash them, cook until soft, and pour into a blanched bag.
- After cooling, pour the strained juice off clearly from the sediment; calculate 500 grams of sugar for 3 liters of juice, place on the stove, skim, and after 10 minutes of boiling, store like redcurrant juice.
