Instructions
- Wash the berries clean and strip them from the stems with a fork.
- Clarify the sugar, reduce it to a thin syrup, add the berries, and let them steep briefly, but do not boil.
- Place on a porcelain sieve, let them drain, add the drained juice to the boiling syrup, and reduce it until thick.
- Gently stir the berries with the syrup, fill hot into jars, and seal them once they have cooled.
