Heart Cherries in Sugar

Ingredients
- thick black heart cherries (as needed)
- vinegar (a little)
- sugar (as needed)
- cinnamon (a little)
- cloves (a little)
Instructions
- Pit thick black heart cherries, place them in vinegar for a day and a night, and drain them on a colander.
- Then layer them with sugar, cinnamon, and cloves in a glass and place in the sun.
- Once the sugar has completely dissolved, pour the juice into a pot, let it boil, and briefly cook the cherries in it, then refill into the glass and pour the somewhat thickened, cold juice over them.
