Ingredients
- 500 g sugar
- 500 g good pears
- 500 g good apples
- 500 g blue plums, pitted
Instructions
- Clarify 500 grams of sugar.
- Peel 500 grams of good pears, quarter them, and cook them thoroughly in the sugar, then remove.
- Cook 500 grams of good apples until soft in the same sugar and remove.
- Then, cook 500 grams of blue, pitted plums in it, bring everything to a boil again, and remove the fruits.
- Reduce the juice to a moderately thick consistency and pour it over the fruits.
