Blueberry Juice

Ingredients
- 3 l blueberries
- 1 l water
- 10 g tartaric acid
- 750 g granulated sugar (per 1 liter of juice)
Instructions
- Let 3 liters of blueberries stand with 1 liter of water and 10 grams of tartaric acid for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- The next day, stir the berries through a sieve and add 750 grams of granulated sugar per 1 liter of juice, stir well, and let stand for another 24 hours.
- Then, fill the juice into clean bottles, cover with gauze, and place in a cool, airy place.
