  1. Let 3 liters of blueberries stand with 1 liter of water and 10 grams of tartaric acid for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. The next day, stir the berries through a sieve and add 750 grams of granulated sugar per 1 liter of juice, stir well, and let stand for another 24 hours.
  3. Then, fill the juice into clean bottles, cover with gauze, and place in a cool, airy place.
