  1. Clean the turnips thoroughly, wash them, and blanch them with water.
  2. Then add ½ liter of boiling water, 1 tablespoon of butter, and a little salt, and slowly braise until tender.
  3. Drain the broth, stir in a light roux prepared with 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of flour, add 1 large cup of sweet cream, and cook into a creamy sauce with a little sugar, pepper, and salt, in which the turnips are briefly brought to a boil.
