Sliced Runner Beans in Broth

Ingredients
- Runner beans (as needed)
- Meat broth (a little)
- Butter (a little)
- Parsley (a little)
- Pepper herb (a little)
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salted potatoes (a little)
Instructions
- Place the well-fibered, finely sliced, and washed beans in boiling meat broth (beef or lamb broth) along with butter, and cook covered until tender.
- Before serving, add plenty of finely chopped parsley and pepper herb, as well as 1 tablespoon of flour sautéed until yellow in butter.
- Cook the beans through with these additions, mix in salted potatoes, and serve with the meat.
