Chanterelles

Ingredients
- 1 kg Chanterelles
- 75 g Butter or bacon
- Salt (a little)
- Pepper (a little)
- 1 pc Onion
- Meat broth or water (a little)
- Flour (a little)
- Parsley (a little)
Instructions
- Clean, wash, blanch, and dry 1 kg of chanterelles.
- Place them in 75 g of boiling butter or clear fried bacon, add salt, pepper, and 1 finely chopped onion.
- After some cooking time, add a little meat broth or boiling water, sprinkle with a little flour, add finely chopped parsley, and stew until completely tender.
- Rooster combs or coral fungi are prepared in the same way.
