Lentils in Bacon Broth

Ingredients
- Lentils (as needed)
- Water (a little)
- Bacon (a little)
- Onions (a little)
- Butter (a little)
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- Meat broth (a little)
Instructions
- After 1 hour of cooking, drain the lentils and cook them until quite tender in fresh water.
- Dice a piece of bacon and plenty of onions, fry them in butter until frothy, then let 1 tablespoon of flour turn pale yellow in it.
- Mix with meat broth to form a thick sauce, add to the lentils, and let them cook through with the sauce.
