Lentils in Meat Broth

Ingredients
- 0.5 kg Lentils
- Water (a little)
- Meat broth (a little)
- Leeks (a little)
- Celery (a little)
- Flour (a little)
- Fat (a little)
Instructions
- Sort and wash ½ kg of lentils thoroughly, then soak them in cold, soft water until they swell.
- Put them on the stove in the same water and cook until fairly tender.
- Drain all the water and add meat broth, chopped leeks, and celery.
- Cook the lentils until they are completely tender, and thicken with flour browned in plenty of fat.
