Broad Beans, also called Fava Beans

Ingredients
- 2 kg Broad beans
- Salted water (a little)
- Water (a little)
- Salt (a little)
- Parsley (a little)
- Butter (a little)
Instructions
- Only use young, undeveloped beans – recognizable by the fact that their 'beard' is not yet yellow.
- For 4 people, plan for about 2 kg of beans.
- After shelling, blanch the beans in salted water and drain them in a sieve.
- Add to fresh boiling water with salt and cook until tender.
- When serving, remove with a slotted spoon, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, and drizzle with hot melted butter.
