Dried Princess Beans

Ingredients
- Princess beans (as needed)
- Water (a little)
- Butter (a little)
- Roux or sour egg sauce (a little)
Instructions
- These beans should not be too dry.
- Soak them in soft water until they swell.
- Then, put them on the stove in the same water and bring to a boil.
- After about ¼ hour of cooking, drain the water, add fresh water and a piece of butter, and cook until tender.
- Thicken with a roux or serve with a sour egg sauce.
