Stewed Cucumbers (Variation 1)

Ingredients
- cucumbers (as needed)
- salted water (a little)
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- milk (a little)
- nutmeg (a little)
Instructions
- Peel fairly thick cucumbers, cut them into thick, finger-length pieces, and add them to boiling salted water, bringing them to a quick boil.
- Meanwhile, sweat 1 tablespoon of flour in 2 tablespoons of butter until golden, add fresh milk, season with nutmeg, and let the vegetables stew in it.
