Soup Meat with Apples

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 5 pieces sour apples
- 4 tablespoons currants
- 1 glass wine
- bouillon or water (not too much)
- 1 plate soup meat, sliced
- salt (a little)
Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pot.
- Peel sour apples, quarter them, remove the core, and braise them in the butter until half-cooked.
- Then add currants, a little wine, bouillon or water (but not too much), the meat cut into pieces, and a little salt.
- Let everything simmer together, occasionally swirling the pot.
- The broth should be rich and beautifully creamy.
- For one heaped plate of sliced meat, plan for 4 to 6 apples, 4 tablespoons of currants, and 1 glass of wine.
