Stuffed Pork Rib

Ingredients
- 1 pcs large piece of pork rib
- salt (a little)
- quartered sour apples (a little)
- butter (a little)
- water (a little)
Instructions
- Use a larger piece of rib.
- The evening before, bend the ribs in the middle without cutting through the meat, and rub the meat on all sides with salt.
- To prepare, fill the hollow side with quartered sour apples, bend the piece together, and sew it firmly shut on all sides.
- Place the ribs in a little boiling butter, brown them all around, pour in boiling water, and roast tightly covered for at least 2½ hours, adding a little boiling water from time to time and basting frequently.
