Pork Sausages

Ingredients
- finely chopped streaky pork (a little)
- salt (a little)
- crushed nutmeg (a little)
- chopped lemon zest or shallots (a little)
- eggs (a little)
- grated white bread (a little)
- cream (a little)
- zwieback for breading (a little)
- butter (a little)
Instructions
- Mix finely chopped streaky pork with salt, crushed nutmeg, finely chopped lemon zest or, alternatively, shallots, a few eggs, a little grated white bread, and a little cream.
- Mix everything well and roll by hand into small sausages.
- Bread these with zwieback and fry golden in butter.
- The sausages are used to garnish spinach and other types of cabbage.
