Pork Tenderloin, Pot Roast, or Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 1 pcs pork tenderloin
- bacon for larding (a little)
- butter (a little)
- water (a little)
- sour cream (a little)
Instructions
- A small tenderloin is enough for 4 people, a larger one for 6.
- Skin the tenderloin and finely lard it.
- Place it in a small pan with boiling butter.
- Periodically add a few spoons of boiling water and roast the tenderloin, basting diligently, until cooked through and nicely light brown.
- Finally, add a little sour cream to the sauce.
