Beef Pudding

Ingredients
- 250 g Beef, lean, cooked
- 125 g Fat or bacon
- 2 pcs Egg yolk
- 2.5 tbsp Gravy
- 2.5 pcs Rolls, soaked and squeezed
- 1 pcs Onion, chopped
- Salt (a little)
- Nutmeg (a little)
- 2 pcs Egg white
- Butter for greasing (a little)
- Breadcrumbs for dusting (a little)
Instructions
- Finely chop 250 g lean, cooked beef with 125 g fat or bacon.
- Mix well with 2 egg yolks, 2 to 3 tablespoons of gravy, 2 soaked and squeezed rolls, and a finely chopped onion.
- Season with salt and a little nutmeg.
- Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten whites of 2 eggs, transfer the mixture to a buttered and breadcrumb-dusted mold, and steam the pudding for 1 hour in a water bath.
