Beef Heart with Ragout Sauce

Ingredients
- Beef heart (pcs)
- Water (a little)
- Salt (a little)
- 1 pcs Bay leaf
- Spices (a little)
- Onions (plenty)
- Brown flour (plenty)
- Pickled cucumber, peeled, sliced (a little)
- 1 pcs Onion, chopped
- 0.5 upper cup Currants, cleaned
- Vinegar (a little)
Instructions
- Cook the beef heart until tender in a little water with salt, a bay leaf, spices, and plenty of onions.
- Remove it from the broth and cut it into cubes.
- Thicken the broth with plenty of brown flour, add sliced, peeled pickled cucumbers, a chopped onion, and ½ upper cup of cleaned currants.
- Cook everything until tender, season the sauce with vinegar, and add the beef heart to bring it to a boil once more.
