Hunter's Style Roe Deer Liver

Ingredients
- 1 pcs Roe deer liver
- Butter (a little)
- Onion (a little)
- Salt (a little)
- Pepper (a little)
- Flour (a little)
- Vinegar (a little)
- Chanterelles or porcini mushrooms (as needed)
- Noodles (as needed)
Instructions
- One liver serves 1-2 people.
- Roe deer liver is known for its delicate, tender flavor, but it must be absolutely fresh.
- Briefly rinse, skin, slice thinly, and brown on both sides in butter with finely chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Then dust with flour, pour in vinegar, and bring to a boil again, covered.
- If desired, chanterelles or porcini mushrooms can be braised with it, and served with noodles.
