Paprika Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 pcs young chickens
- salt (a little)
- paprika (a little)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 pcs onion
- 0.5 l sour cream
Instructions
- Clean and prepare 2 young chickens, cut them raw into several pieces, and sprinkle with salt and a little paprika.
- In a casserole, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 small chopped onion, and steam the chickens covered for ¼ hour.
- Drain the butter, pour ½ l of sour cream over the meat, let it braise for another ¼ hour, and serve with the sauce, seasoned again with salt and paprika to taste.
