Rabbit Pepper Pot

Ingredients
- Rabbit meat (a little)
- Bay leaves (a little)
- Salt (a little)
- Cloves (a little)
- Peppercorns (a little)
- Vinegar (a little)
- Onions (a little)
- Butter (a little)
- Flour (a little)
- 1 tbsp Syrup
Instructions
- Cut the meat into suitable ragout pieces and marinate in vinegar with several bay leaves, salt, cloves, and peppercorns for several days.
- Then blanch in water with a little salt, skimming off any foam.
- Add the vinegar with the spices and cook the meat until tender with plenty of diced onions. 0.5 hour before serving, thicken the sauce with flour browned in butter and add 1 tablespoon of syrup.
- Prepared this way, rabbit pepper pot is very similar to hare pepper pot.
