Instructions
- Cook the cleaned feet until tender with water, vinegar, salt, onions, whole spices, and root vegetables.
- If you don't want to use them immediately, they can be stored in this broth for a few days.
- Remove the bones, divide the meat into 2 parts, dip them in fritter batter, and fry them until golden in baking butter or lard.
