Minced Beef Hash

Ingredients
- 0.75 kg beef, slightly fatty
- water (a little)
- salt (a little)
- 125 g rice
- butter (a little)
- allspice, ground (a little)
- nutmeg (a little)
Instructions
- Cook a slightly fatty piece of beef in a small amount of broth with water and a little salt, skimming well, until tender.
- Remove all bones and chop it very finely.
- For 750 g of meat, blanch 125 g of rice, cook it until soft and thick with the beef bouillon.
- Brown a little butter, then stir in the meat, rice, ground allspice, nutmeg, and any missing salt.
- Let everything simmer well and serve hot.
