Bratwurst in Beer

Ingredients
- butter (a little)
- bratwurst (a little)
- flour (a little)
- white or brown beer, not bitter (a little)
- onion (a little)
- spice (a little)
- bay leaf (a little)
- 1.5 pcs carrots
Instructions
- Melt a piece of butter in the pan, place the flour-dusted sausage in it, and let it brown on both sides.
- First, cook white beer or brown beer (which should not be bitter) with onion, spices, a bay leaf, and 1 to 2 carrots until the roots are soft.
- Gradually pour the strained beer over the bratwurst and simmer until tender.
