Haddock with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- cooked haddock (as needed)
- mustard sauce (as needed)
- fish water (a little)
- mashed potatoes (for the rim) (as needed)
- butter (a little)
Instructions
- Cook the haddock as in the previous recipe.
- Meanwhile, prepare mustard sauce, using some of the fish water.
- Remove the fish, debone it, flake it into small pieces, and let it simmer in the hot boiling sauce.
- Beforehand, form a rim of mashed potatoes on a flat dish, brush with butter, and bake in the oven until golden brown.
- Fill this rim with the haddock and sauce.
