Sardines

Ingredients

• marinated sardines (canned or jarred) (as needed)

Instructions

1. Sardines are only sold marinated, either in vinegar and spices or in oil.
2. They are usually served directly in the glasses or tin cans in which they were purchased.
3. Open tin cans with a can opener, fold a strip of paper around the rim, with the top edge cut and curled, or place the can in an elegant can holder.
