Marinated Salmon

Ingredients
- 1000 g salmon, with skin
- oil, fine (a little)
- 1 L vinegar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 pcs lemon slices
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- tarragon (1 sprig)
- 10 pcs white peppercorns
Instructions
- Cut 1 kilogram of salmon with the skin into strips about a hand's width, brush with oil, and quickly grill until cooked and browned.
- Place the pieces in an earthenware pot and pour over a marinade, previously cooked and cooled, made from vinegar, salt, lemon slices, bay leaves, tarragon, and peppercorns.
- Seal the pot and store the salmon in a cool place until ready to use.
