Salmon with Yellow Sauce

Ingredients
- cooked salmon (as previous recipe) (as needed)
- 0.25 L white wine
- 0.12 L water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 pcs lemon slices
- mace (a little)
- 1 tsp potato flour
- 2 pcs egg yolks
- capers (plenty)
Instructions
- Cook and arrange the salmon as in the previous recipe.
- For the sauce, boil ¼ liter of white wine, half as much water, butter, lemon slices, and a little mace.
- Thicken with potato flour mixed with a little water until clear.
- Finally, finish the sauce with egg yolks and add plenty of capers.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon.
