Crayfish in Wheat Beer

Ingredients
- brushed crayfish (as needed)
- boiling water (as needed)
- boiling wheat beer (as needed)
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1.5 tablespoons cooking caraway
- salt (plenty)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Briefly place the brushed crayfish in boiling water, immediately remove them, and pour into boiling wheat beer.
- Add a sprig of parsley, 1-2 tablespoons of cooking caraway, plenty of salt, and 2 tablespoons of butter, and slowly cook the crayfish for 10-15 minutes.
- Arrange on a warmed platter over a napkin and serve with good fresh butter.
