Lobster Mayonnaise

- cooked lobster (as needed)
- vinegar (a little)
- oil (a little)
- pepper (a little)
- salt (a little)
- mayonnaise sauce (as needed)
- hard-boiled eggs (as needed)
- cucumber slices (as needed)
- capers (a little)
- lettuce hearts (as needed)
- aspic (as needed)
Instructions
- Split the cooked lobsters, remove the meat, cut into clean pieces, and arrange in a mound on a round, flat dish; briefly marinate with vinegar, oil, pepper, and salt.
- Meanwhile, prepare mayonnaise sauce and pour over the lobster meat.
- Garnish with hard-boiled eggs, cucumber slices, capers, lettuce hearts, and aspic.
- Canned lobster can also be used for this mayonnaise.
