Pike with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pcs pike
- butter (for the pan) (a little)
- zwieback (for sprinkling) (a little)
- 0.25 L sour cream
- bouillon (as much as the cream absorbs)
- Parmesan cheese (a little)
- capers (a little)
- pepper (a little)
- Worcestershire sauce (English sauce) (a little)
Instructions
- Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with zwieback.
- Place the split pike, inside up, into the pan.
- Mix a quarter liter of sour cream with as much bouillon as the cream absorbs, and pour this over the fish.
- Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with capers, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Let it simmer covered on the stove for fifteen minutes, then finish baking uncovered in the oven for the same amount of time, basting frequently.
