Polish Groats

Ingredients
- 250 g Buckwheat groats (large)
- Water (as needed)
- Butter (a little)
- Salt (a little)
- Cream (boiling) (as needed)
Instructions
- Wash the rather large buckwheat groats with hot water, bring to a boil with water, butter, and salt, and place, covered, in a moderately hot oven.
- After 2 to 3 hours, remove the hard top layer, pour the dry, grainy groats onto a dish, and pour boiling cream over them.
