Dropped-in Mixture in Milk

Ingredients
- 4 pcs Eggs
- 0.12 l Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 l Milk
- Sugar (60-80 g)
Instructions
- Prepare the so-called 'dropped-in mixture' from eggs, salt, and flour (see soup garnishes, 'Einlauf').
- Let it run through a whisk into the boiling milk, stirring diligently, and cook the mixture at the side of the fire for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add the sugar and serve.
