Buckwheat Groats

Ingredients
- 250 g Buckwheat groats
- Water (as needed)
- Salt (a little)
- Butter (a little)
- Bacon cubes (fried, for serving) (as needed)
- Cold, fresh milk (alternative) (as needed)
Instructions
- Wash the buckwheat groats several times in lukewarm water, whisking well.
- Add to boiling water, add a little salt and butter, and cook until tender, stirring frequently, as they burn easily.
- Serve with fried bacon cubes or with fresh, cold milk.
