Apple Rice

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 8 pcs Apples (medium-sized, peeled, quartered)
- Butter (a knob)
- Cinnamon (a piece) (a little)
- Lemon zest (a little)
- Salt (a little)
- Sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- For 200 grams of rice, use 8 medium-sized, peeled, and quartered apples.
- Blanch the rice, melt a knob of butter in a pot, add the rice with cold water, a piece of cinnamon, and lemon zest, and cook slowly.
- When it's half-soft, add salt, the apples, and sugar, cook until done, but not too thick, and stir carefully so the rice grains remain as whole as possible.
