Salad Beans with Salt

Ingredients
- salad beans (as needed)
- salt (a little)
Instructions
- Carefully string any variety, princess beans or snapped wax beans, and place them in a copper kettle with water.
- Only cook for a few minutes.
- After cooling, press the beans into a barrel in layers with plenty of salt and proceed as with general preserving rules.
