White Wine Soup

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Starch or fine flour
- 3 pcs Egg yolks
- 0.5 bottle White wine
- 0.5 bottle Water
- Sugar (to taste)
- 0.5 pcs Lemon, juice
- Egg whites (for foam dumplings) (a little)
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling (a little)
Instructions
- Mix starch or fine flour with the egg yolks, white wine, and an equal amount of water.
- Sweeten well with sugar, season with lemon juice, and beat vigorously over the heat just before boiling.
- Pour the soup into a tureen and stir for a few more minutes.
- Using a tablespoon, place small dumplings made from the beaten egg whites on top of the soup, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and quickly cover the tureen to allow the foam to cook.
