Swedish Beer Soup

Ingredients
- 1 bottle white beer
- 1 bottle brown beer
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 tbsp wheat flour
- salt and sugar (to taste)
- 1 pcs egg (for dough)
- wheat flour (for dough) (a little)
- 1 pcs egg (for finishing)
Instructions
- Place the white and brown beer with the piece of ginger in a pot.
- Cook until clear, then season with salt and sugar.
- Make a dough from one egg and a little wheat flour, then let it drizzle into the soup from a whisk.
- Cook the soup with the dough for 5 minutes, then finish with another egg.
