Sago Soup with Red Wine

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Sago
- Water (as needed)
- Lemon peel (a little)
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 1 bottle Red wine, light
- Sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- Scald the sago twice with hot water, then bring it to a boil with cold water, a little lemon peel, and a piece of cinnamon, cooking until soft, which takes about 2 to 2½ hours.
- Add the red wine, optionally mixed half with water, sweeten with sugar, and bring the soup to a boil.
