Kidney Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pcs ox kidney
- 2 l water
- 1 head celery
- 1 pcs leek onion
- salt (a little)
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 tbsp flour
Instructions
- One ox kidney is enough for a soup for 6 people.
- Wash the kidney thoroughly, cut it into several pieces, and place in over 2 l of water.
- Add one head of celery, one leek onion, salt, and a piece of ginger and cook the kidney until tender for about 3 hours.
- Strain the soup through a fine sieve, bring to a boil again, and cook until creamy with a generous tablespoon of flour.
- Cut the celery root and kidney into small slices and arrange them over the soup.
