Chopped Ice or Dumpling Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pcs egg
- flour (as much as the egg absorbs)
- milk (boiling) (as needed)
- salt (a little)
- sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- Crack a fresh egg onto a plate and stir in as much flour as the egg absorbs with a knife.
- Finely chop and rub by hand into thick, barley-sized crumbs.
- Pour these into the boiling milk and cook, stirring constantly, with a little salt and sugar to taste.
- The soup should not be too thick.
