Buckwheat Groat Soup with Milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- water (as needed)
- butter (a little)
- 1 l milk
- salt (a little)
Instructions
- Rinse the buckwheat groats several times with hot, then with cold water, until the water runs clear.
- Bring to a boil with cold water, add a little butter, and cook slowly until soft, but not too stiff.
- Pour in a little milk and stir the groats well.
- Bring the remaining milk to a boil, pour in the groats, and after a short further cooking, season with salt.
