Brown Flour Soup or Mock Chocolate Soup

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp wheat flour, fine
- 1 l milk
- sugar (a little)
- lemon zest (a little)
- salt (a little)
- 2 pcs egg yolk
Instructions
- Dry roast the flour on a baking sheet in the oven or in a clean, non-rusty, non-greasy pan over low heat, stirring continuously until it's evenly browned.
- Once cooled, mix the flour with a little cold milk or cold water to form a thin paste.
- Bring the milk to a boil with sugar, lemon zest, and a little salt.
- Add the thin flour paste while continuously stirring, let the soup cook, and then whisk in the egg yolk.
