Mustard Sauce for Boiled Beef

Ingredients
- 1 pcs finely chopped onion or shallot
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- bouillon or boiling water (as needed)
- 1.5 tbsp mustard
- lemon juice (a little)
Instructions
- Roast one finely chopped onion or shallot with one tablespoon of butter and one teaspoon of sugar until light yellow.
- Brown one tablespoon of flour in it and add enough bouillon or boiling water to make the sauce creamy.
- Finally, add one to two tablespoons of mustard and a little lemon juice.
