Horseradish Sauce for Boiled Beef

Ingredients
- finely grated horseradish (as needed)
- beef broth (a little)
- vinegar (a little)
- sugar (a little)
- salt (as needed)
- butter (a little)
- crushed rusks (as much as needed)
Instructions
- Finely grate the horseradish.
- Cook half of it with beef broth, a little vinegar, sugar, any missing salt, a little butter, and enough crushed rusks to create a thick sauce.
- Before serving, mix in the second half of the horseradish raw and keep the sauce well covered.
