Almond Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 pcs sweet almonds
- 2 pcs bitter almonds
- vanilla (a little)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sweet cream
- sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp flour
- 2 pcs egg yolks
Instructions
- Prepare 12 sweet and two bitter almonds, finely chop them, and cook with a little vanilla and one cup of milk for fifteen minutes.
- Strain the sauce through a sieve, add another cup of sweet cream, and bring the sauce to a boil with sugar and one teaspoon of flour.
- Finally, thicken with two egg yolks.
- It can be served cold or warm.
