Rosehip Sauce

Ingredients
- rosehips (a handful)
- 0.5 l water
- white wine (as needed)
- sugar (as needed)
- cinnamon (a little)
- potato starch (as needed)
Instructions
- Boil a handful of rosehips with half a liter of water for fifteen minutes.
- Strain through a sieve, boil with white wine, sugar, and cinnamon, and thicken with potato starch mixed with water.
