Brown Onion Sauce with Bacon

Ingredients
- 100 g bacon
- 50 g onions, finely chopped
- 1.5 tablespoons flour
- vinegar (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- water (as needed)
- syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut 100 grams of bacon into small cubes and fry slowly until browned, stirring frequently.
- Add about half as much finely chopped onions.
- Once they are light brown, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of flour until it is browned.
- Add vinegar, salt, water, and syrup to taste and bring the sauce to a boil.
