Brown Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 pcs onion, small
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 0.5 l brown coulis
- salt (a little)
- nutmeg, grated (a little)
- parsley (a few stems)
- lemon juice (a little)
Instructions
- Clean and wash one cup of mushrooms, slice them, and sauté with a small onion in two tablespoons of butter.
- Add one tablespoon of flour, let it brown, and bring the sauce to a boil with half a liter of brown coulis.
- Season with salt, a little grated nutmeg, and a few parsley stems tied together.
- Let the sauce cook for 15-20 minutes, skim it clean, remove the parsley, and season with lemon juice.
